Terms of Use

Agreement
On iPhone and iPad, NomNom is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). On Android, NomNom is licensed to you under these terms, alongside the Google Play Terms of Service. By downloading or using the app you accept the agreement that applies to your device and the additional terms below. The app is published by Z Gen Kibernetika Kft. (Hungary), reachable at help@nomnomplanner.com.
Subscriptions
NomNom Plus: an auto renewing subscription available as a yearly plan (7 990 HUF in Hungary, 29.99 USD or the equivalent in your local currency elsewhere) with a 7 day free trial for new subscribers, or as a monthly plan (1 490 HUF in Hungary, 4.99 USD or the equivalent in your local currency elsewhere) with no free trial. On Google Play, NomNom Plus is currently sold in Hungary only. The exact price is always shown on the App Store or Google Play payment sheet before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account on iPhone and iPad, or to your Google Play payment method on Android, when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you do not cancel before it ends.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your App Store account settings, or in your Google Play subscription settings on Android.
- Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Purchases are processed by Apple or by Google, and refunds follow the policy of the store you bought from. Write to help@nomnomplanner.com if you need help with a purchase.
What NomNom is (and is not)
NomNom generates meal plans, recipes, estimated grocery costs and shopping lists to help you plan your week. Prices shown in the app are estimates based on periodically collected data and may differ from actual shelf prices. Nutritional values are approximate.
NomNom is not a medical or dietary service. It does not provide medical, nutritional or allergy advice. Always check product labels for allergens and consult a professional for dietary or health decisions.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its content except as permitted by law and by the EULA.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z Gen Kibernetika Kft. is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including decisions made based on prices, recipes or nutritional information shown in the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
