Common questions
- How do I change my shop, budget or diet? Open Settings in the app; every onboarding choice can be changed there at any time.
- How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select NomNom.
- How do I get a refund? Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Where is my data stored? Your meal plans and preferences live on your device. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
- How do I turn analytics off? In the app, open Settings and switch off analytics under Privacy.
